For the first time in it's long history, the Mt. Washington Auto Road was fully paved - from base to summit - during the summer of 2022. This eliminated the infamous only section of gravel known as the "5-mile" section. As a result of the Mt. Washington Auto Road being fully paved, MWARBH organizers decided to reset the records. Historical records can be found clicking the button below. The records were reset at the 49th Mt. Washington Auto Road Bicycle Hillclimb on August 20, 2022.
